Mark is the Business Partner for Digital Media across the Jonathan Lee Group, responsible for candidate attraction and experience as well as maximising our routes to market.

A certified specialist in social recruiting methods, Mark has 26 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, in which time he has covered every aspect of the trade, from sales, account management, and digital marketing through to setting, managing and achieving financial budgets.

His in-depth understanding of the recruitment sector and the digital tools required for successful recruitment operations, enables Mark to ensure our consultants get the most from the digital platforms available in the market.

He keeps up-to-date with the latest digital trends; attending events, undertaking courses and conducting ongoing research to understand the best digital recruitment sourcing tools and developments taking place in the sector.
