I qualified with a BEng in Manufacturing and Business Studies from Coventry University, and after some time in the industry, I joined Jonathan Lee in 2002. Since then, I have earned a PGD, chartered membership of the CIPD, an MA in Human Resource Management, and the Certificate in Company Direction with the IoD.
I consider it a privilege to have worked with some of the best-known brands in the world and the very best candidates the market has to offer, in an organisation where our people set the highest standards in the drive to be the customer’s first choice.
Now focused on leading the search and selection and interim management brands, I deliver exclusive and retained assignments for senior management and executive-level roles across our portfolio of engineering, manufacturing, and technology clients.
