I am a Director of Jonathan Lee Recruitment and Jonathan Lee Design Services.
I qualified with a BEng in Manufacturing and Business Studies from Coventry University and began my career in manufacturing engineering and health & safety working with heat transfer and power generation equipment before spending five years in process engineering, quality and engineering management roles in electronics assembly for automotive and industrial controls.
I joined Jonathan Lee in 2002 and enjoyed great success as a consultant within the manufacturing team focusing on production management, maintenance, cost engineering and a diverse range of technical and commercial disciplines. The business supported me in gaining my post graduate diploma and chartered membership of the CIPD and I went on to complete my MA in Human Resource Management before moving into a regional management role.
In 2012, I was appointed to head up all recruitment operations across the UK following which I completed the Certificate in Company Direction with the IoD. Now, having been appointed as a Director my current role is both exciting and strategic; ensuring our teams have the structure, operational framework, skills and tools required to ensure we exceed customer expectations – ultimately driving business success.
