**Production Supervisor needed in Telford, Shropshire**
We are on the lookout for an ambitious Production Supervisor to join a well established manufacturing business in Telford, this would be working a day shift pattern Monday to Friday and the role comes with an annual salary up to £40,000 per annum (dependant on experience).
The hiring manager is looking for someone who has a background in Electrical Manufacturing, and previous experience within an Electrical Assembly, Electrical Fitting, Panel Wiring or Switchgear business would be well received.

- Act as the primary point of contact for shop floor personnel, addressing production issues, shortages, and providing general guidance.
- Lead daily shopfloor walkarounds with management & engineers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all jobs.
- Promote and ensure a safe, clean, and tidy work environment, enforcing Health & Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
