What You Will Do:
- Analyse equipment data across the plant to predict and prevent machine failure before it impacts production.
- Develop and enhance preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Lead FMEA and structured root cause analysis to deliver permanent corrective actions.
- Diagnose and improve mechanical, electrical and PLC-related issues within automated production equipment.

- Strong background in plant maintenance and preventative maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with reliability methodologies such as FMEA or structured root cause analysis is desirable.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience - this can be basic level, with a genuine desire to develop further.
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment - automotive experience desirable.
- A proactive, data-led mindset and the ambition to move from reactive maintenance into a more strategic reliability role.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER REQUIRED IN TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE)
Are you a Mechanically biased Assembly Operative who is seeking a new job in Telford, and do you have a Full UK Driving License?!
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a leading manufacturer in the Halesfield area of Telford, the starting pay rate is up to £13.50 per hour (DOE) and the working hours are 7am-5pm Mon-Thurs, with a 3pm finish on a Friday (45 hours per week). Overtime is also available and is paid at T1/2 once you've passed a probation period.
The hiring manager would like someone who has some experience within carpentry or joinery, or someone who has previous woodworking / band saw / nail gun experience and may have operated a CNC Wood Routing machine, or similar.
Anyone who has worked with vehicles, camper vans or commercial vehicles previously would be a great fit for this job, alternatively, anyone who has previously worked as a Panel Maker, Joiner, Carpenter, Mechanical Assembler, Mechanical Fitter, Electrical Fitter, Vehicle Fitter or Vehicle Technician would also be well received.
A Full UK Driving License is an ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.
