PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Location: Telford
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm
Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Converting panel vans, cars, and 4x4 vehicles to high-quality standards.
• Following technical fitting instructions and assembly specifications.
• Using hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques to complete installations.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.
• Working safely and efficiently within a fast-paced production environment.
• Supporting wider workshop activities when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, fitting, workshop, or production environments.
• Vehicle conversion experience would be advantageous.
• Confident using hand tools and interpreting work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Good time-management and reliability.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
