What You Will Do:
- Drive continuous improvement using proven improvement tools to deliver solutions that improve performance.
- Optimise tools and working methods to achieve minimum cycle time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Partner with production teams to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
- Contribute to improvement workstreams such as TPM, HOSHIN, SMED and QRCI, helping teams implement meaningful change.
- Use analysis to improve shop stock layout and efficiencies, supporting better transfer methods to shop stock locations.
- Provide line balancing data and support standard operations and technical training programmes, including development around polyvalence and task transfer.
What You Will Bring:
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to coach others and support effective teamwork.
- A practical understanding of Health and Safety law regulations and Quality management systems (basic knowledge is a great start).
- An engineering degree (or equivalent relevant background) that supports structured problem-solving.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, using data and collaboration to deliver clear outcomes.
- Experience with improvement tools and standardising processes, or a genuine enthusiasm to develop those skills quickly.
