Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum (rising to £43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll be responsible for setting, operating, and optimising machinery to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery efficiently and safely
• Carry out machine changeovers and adjustments
• Monitor performance and resolve minor machinery issues
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain excellent health, safety, and housekeeping standards
• What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, or similar manufacturing role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
