This role requires short-term support during a critical period of change for an exceptional individual to support our Customer Services team with critical day-to-day administration support. • Action end-to-end processing for all third-party fines, including Parking Charges and Congestion Charges.
• Create and process invoices and supporting letters for clients, ensuring correct adjustments before issuing.

• Provide administration support for subscription and rental services, using Salesforce processes where required.
