​About Steve
I worked in the jewellery industry as a Sales Manager for 12 years before joining the team at Jonathan Lee, firstly working for a near 200-year-old manufacturing business in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter before moving on to develop the wholesale business for an emerging fashion brand. Both roles involved a lot of driving around the country with a suitcase full of jewellery in the boot of my car and trying to go unnoticed whilst doing it!Â
I joined Jonathan Lee in 2022 looking for a new challenge and it suited my skills in talking to people, engaging with a wide range of clients and in building relationships.
Away from work
I used to be the drummer in a band in the late 2000s, as I’m sure you’ve already figured out, we didn’t make it big. We did release an album in the UK (which unfortunately you can still find on Spotify) and had an album that was released in Japan, but for some reason we weren’t invited to the launch party our label hosted at HMV in Tokyo!
