As a PA/ Secretary, you'll play an integral role in supporting Senior Leadership, Sales, and Service Teams, while contributing to the company's operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do:

- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Senior Leadership Team, Sales Team, and Service Team, ensuring seamless logistics.

- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing inboxes, calendars, and confidential tasks for Directors and Divisional Managers.

- Maintain and update customer contact details in the company database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Identify and assist Divisional Managers with sales leads, supporting follow-up actions and CRM updates.

- Organise internal meetings and act as a professional interface between the company and its clients at a high-profile level.

- Continuously review and improve sales coordination processes, procedures, and documentation.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- Proven experience working in an office environment with a strong administrative background.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to handle numerical data with precision and attention to detail.

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to build rapport at all levels.

- A proactive, professional, and self-motivated attitude, with a high level of confidentiality and accountability.
