Are you ready to take the next step in your supply chain career? We're looking for a sharp, proactive Assistant Buyer to join our high-performing procurement team at the heart of a global engineering and manufacturing leader. Based at their Worcester site, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the production lines never miss a beat.

You'll work closely with planning, production and suppliers to make sure the right parts arrive at the right time - every time. If you're organised, analytical, and passionate about process improvement, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Run MRP, Kanban, and JIT ordering systems to keep materials moving
• Monitor and manage supplier order books and delivery performance
• Tackle supply chain bottlenecks before they become problems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues and drive On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance
• Keep supplier records audit-ready and aligned with ISO standards
• Use ERP data to maintain accurate, real-time material plans

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Excel, data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and how they link to real-world operations
• Background in manufacturing or engineering environments
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities, with an eye for detail
• Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus
