Away from work
Fitness and wellbeing has always been an important hobby and lifestyle commitment. With years of experience as a Personal Trainer it has seen me help others achieve their goals. I have achieved a 1st Dan Blackbelt in Kickboxing and I am a former British and Welsh Champion.
