What You Will Do:

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Account Manager with strong automotive industry knowledge?

We’re looking for a commercially driven professional to act as the key interface between the business and its automotive customers. You’ll be the internal customer champion — leading commercial strategy, driving growth, and building long-term partnerships in a fast-moving automotive environment.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of major accounts, lead negotiations, and convert opportunity into sustainable revenue.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary commercial interface for automotive customers

  • Build, develop and grow strategic customer relationships

  • Lead quotations, negotiations, and supply agreements

  • Develop robust monthly and annual sales forecasts

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within accounts

  • Understand customer product cycles, forecasts, and market strategy

  • Present and defend commercial proposals with confidence

  • Work cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams

  • Communicate the value of complex, technical automotive products

  • Ensure quality and compliance standards are met

  • Travel domestically and internationally as required

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ Account Management experience

  • Essential: Strong knowledge of the automotive industry (OEM or Tier supplier environment)

  • Degree in Engineering, Business or similar

  • Commercially focused with strong revenue and margin awareness

  • Confident negotiator and decision-maker under pressure

  • Strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills

  • Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

  • Experience developing value propositions and business cases (desirable)
