What You Will Do: 

- Oversee the alignment of the Demand Process, Enterprise Roadmap, and Technology Delivery Framework to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Lead the 90-day lookahead process, managing weekly milestone reviews and onboarding of new projects and team members.

- Support the delivery of the Feature and Technology Roadmap, enabling technical leads to present their ambitions effectively.

- Collaborate with Product Strategy and Technical Platforms to ensure alignment and consistency across workstreams.

- Drive engineering transformation activities, identifying gaps between current and future state processes and implementing improvements.

- Engage stakeholders and senior management to gain commitment and ensure smooth adoption of change initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

 - You need to have an Engineering / Automotive background.

- Proven experience in successfully delivering major programmes or projects.

- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Operational experience with product engineering tools, techniques, and processes.

- Strong understanding of change management strategies and the ability to guide teams through transformation.

- Business acumen and the ability to address organisational challenges effectively.
