What You Will Do:

  • Take ownership of reactive equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently while implementing long-term solutions.
  • Work collaboratively within the facilities and maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient production performance in line with Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environment standards.
  • Perform detailed preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to scheduled plans.
  • Apply your expertise to maintain and support advanced test technologies, including dynamometers, HVAC systems, fluid and gas conditioning systems, and power distribution.
  • Analyse data and fault trends to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Undertake continuous improvement projects in alignment with the company's business objectives.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with an Engine or Vehicle Test background.
  • A strong understanding of practical electrical and mechanical principles.
  • The ability to diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions in reactive maintenance scenarios.
  • A proactive approach to teamwork, with the ability to work independently when required.
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification, with Level 4 or Level 5 being highly desirable.
