What You Will Do:

 

- Accurately process sales orders, generate invoices, and check consignments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Field all incoming calls, maintain customer price lists, and complete export documentation with precision.

- Track and manage Admin department dashboards to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.

- Liaise closely with the sales team and warehouse staff to coordinate timely and accurate deliveries.

- Handle customer enquiries directly and work collaboratively with delivery companies to ensure smooth operations.

- Contribute to process improvements, including developing the price list structure, controlling new product procedures, and producing tailored customer reports.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- 4-5 years of experience in a sales administration or business support role.

- A strong academic record with excellent numeracy skills; an accounting background is desirable.

- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Sage X3 (preferred but not essential).

- Outstanding organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

- A proactive, creative mindset and a flexible, can-do attitude that embraces variety and change.
