Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to execute precise machining operations.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CNC milling machines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of CNC programs and machine settings.

Skills:

• Strong mathematical skills for performing essential calculations.
• Proficiency with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools for machine setup and adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
