As a Dyno Technician, you'll play an integral role in supporting the development of advanced technologies while working in a highly collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure Dyno engines are equipped with the correct hardware and controls, keeping them updated and operational across multiple test rooms.
• Coordinate with various teams to validate Bill of Materials (BOMs) for Dyno and rig kits, ensuring timely delivery to support testing needs.
• Manage critical parts, equipment, and instrumentation to support Dyno homologation testing, including emissions certification and power testing.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation of engines, spare parts, and shipping requirements, ensuring smooth testing operations at the Dunton site and beyond.
• Collaborate with engineers to document and debug critical Dyno systems, including cooling circuits and wiring looms.
• Plan and manage catalyst ageing programmes to ensure availability of correctly aged catalysts for testing, while maintaining detailed storage and usage records.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong experience in Dyno testing and powertrain calibration activities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage parts, documentation, and forward planning.
• Familiarity with calibration tools and willingness to learn new systems such as Team Centre.
• A background in engineering or a related discipline, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
