Our client is a world-renowned organisation who specialise in product and system innovation for the automotive arena, seeking to recruit a Vehicle Integration Principal Engineer to support the development of niche vehicles across several vehicle platforms.

The Vehicle Integration Principal Engineer will be based in a new innovation centre in the Warwick area that will be focused on delivering solutions across all areas of transportation, especially within future technology.

 As Vehicle Integration Principal Engineer you will be required to:

• Applying highly advanced CAD expertise using PTC Creo in the integration of vehicle components/systems and responsibility for driving their progress & development
• Creation of component and system layouts to drive the vehicle concept development
• Utilize your skills with Creo to work on the integration of systems and components across vehicle platforms
• Work with the cross functional teams to meet the programmes technical objectives
• Working closely with Vehicle Project teams and international colleagues

As Vehicle Integration Principal Engineer you will have:

• Experience in the integration of systems and components in vehicle architecture
• Experience of working across areas of the vehicle (Interior, exterior, mechanical or occupant)
• Proven industry experience in PTC Creo to investigate designs & create geometry
• Proven understanding of vehicle architecture and the factors that influence this
• Good broad-based knowledge of vehicle systems with a good understanding of vehicle integration activities
