What You Will Do:

- Research and identify potential prospects, keeping the company CRM up to date with fresh and relevant leads.

- Conduct high-level outbound activity, including calls, emails, and social outreach, to engage both warm and cold leads with professionalism and persistence.

- Build trust with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for senior business development managers.

- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and identify upselling opportunities.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and ensure GDPR compliance while achieving KPIs for call activity, pipeline development, and meetings booked.

 

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in Technology B2B sales, lead generation, or customer service, with a strong interest in sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding performance targets.

- Proficiency in online presentations, virtual meetings, and CRM systems.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
