Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager - 39516 - £46.09/hr umbrella rate

Do you have Manufacturing Project Management experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Solihull? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Site Integration Project Manager, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £46.09 per hour (the role is Inside IR35).  Working on site 5 days a week in Solihull.

As a Site Integration Project Manager, you will ensure effective planning, coordination, cross technology and cross functional integration of all projects to ensure successful delivery, on time, cost and quality in assisting their Solihull site strategy. You will also have responsibility for ensuring standardisation and efficiency of approach across all technology teams to ensure all projects are following GME guidelines, procedures and standards within a cohesive and diverse environment.

To give you an idea of how this GME Site Integration Project Manager role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Coordinate and integrate site-based industrialisation projects across their Global Manufacturing Engineering technology areas
• Assist with the transition to agile with mindset, training and available toolsets
• Coordinate cross programme and cross-technology project reviews
• Direct technical and financial programme reviews
• Host and lead cross-functional reviews to address programme issues
• Demonstrate exemplary leadership and Customer First principles to create a positive working atmosphere

• Extensive Project or Programme Management experience, ideally from within Manufacturing or Engineering
• Effective stakeholder management (cross-functional)
