6 month initial contract

As a Client Experience Advisor, you'll be an expert in our brands to achieve the right-first-time response and the highest level of customer service. You'll be part of a large team, working in a fast-paced and energetic environment, managing your case workload daily, and meeting tight deadlines.

In your first week in this Client Experience Advisor role, you can expect to:

• Respond to clients' enquiries and complaints on our exciting vehicle lineup and products
• Introducing customers to the Retailer network and supporting them to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Managing customer, retailer and third party contact (telephone/e-mail/digital/letter) taking ownership through to final closure
• Being an expert Case Manager and offering robust solutions whilst adopting a Customer-first approach at all times, subsequently achieving fast case resolution
• Where required, quickly implement the required escalation process and ensure they are adhered to on each occasion.

• Advanced customer service experience and computer literate
• Excellent timekeeping and stakeholder negotiation skills
• In addition, you should be numerate with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to outline information in a straight forward manner.
