Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a leading automotive company recruit a Strategic Sourcing Senior Specialist, responsible for sourcing in line with Strategy Category Plan (SCP) through the Global Sourcing Process to the point of Contract / Purchase Order for their sub categories.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Leading continuous improvements in purchasing activities by supporting COE initiatives / activities for their respective sub categories
• Internal stakeholder alignment on strategy and sourcing, including key focus on regional inputs and regional deployment
• Global category strategy development and deployment to deliver company cost and quality targets through sourcing within the Global markets
• Sourcing in line with policy and to agreed targets through GSP and deploying Total Cost of Ownership approach
