What You Will Do:
• Lead and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) validation activities during critical launch phases, ensuring alignment with PI planning expectations.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings with engineers to validate parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and raise issues using the AIMS tool or live engineering concerns, driving swift resolutions.
• Create and publish master metrics via a night letter daily during validation activities to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate handover meetings and confirm the closure of AIMS raised during validation to maintain project momentum.

What You Will Bring as Powertrain Test Technician:
- Hands-on experience with engines including, engine and component strip, repair, and assembly
- NVQ Level 3 in vehicle engineering or a completed apprenticeship in a mechanical or electrical orientated discipline
- Profound knowledge of internal combustion engines operating principles
- Knowledge of test bed operation and test bed control systems
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Whether it's standard configurations, bespoke adaptations, or retrofit solutions, your work will ensure our quotes are accurate, competitive, and delivered with precision.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the creation and life cycle management of all machine option quotations.
- Collaborate across departments-Engineering, Supply Chain, Production-to deliver accurate, timely, and profitable proposals.
- Drive each quotation as a project, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and follow-through.
- Implement and refine cost models that reflect market realities and boost conversion rates.
- Prepare estimates across machining, fabrication, engineering design, materials, and assembly-then track performance to identify commercial improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with our European Sales teams to align on strategy and deliver value.
- Analyse KPIs and use data insights to improve revenue, profitability, and success rates.
- Continuously improve the quotation process to deliver greater value to both our customers and our production teams.
- Support twice-yearly costing reviews with sound commercial analysis and judgement.
What We're Looking For:
