In the pink for Breast Cancer Awareness!

The Jonathan Lee blog section is a great place to discover all the latest news and views on the
sectors we work with and the services we provide.

The Jonathan Lee office was awash with all shades of pink on Friday in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the worldwide annual campaign that highlights the importance of breast cancer awareness, education and research.

The team wore pink in honour of WEAR IT PINKand also raised money through charity activities too.

Grant Nisbetpicked the winning ‘lucky number 28’ in our sweepstake game and very generously elected to put his share of the prize winnings back into the overall charity fund. Thank you Grant!

Stephanie Willetts went above and beyond, once again, to put together two wonderful prizes for a raffle.

Paul Robson was the winner of a huge box of Avon goodies and Chloe Round was the winner of a box of pink mini gins (just in time for the weekend!) Congratulations and enjoy both!

The Jonathan Lee team raised over £150.00 in total for this very worthy cause.

‘WEAR IT PINK’

Behind all the fun, we must not lose sight of the reason we take part every year. Breast cancer is still here, tearing apart the lives of families and it’s taking the lives of the women we love on a heart-breaking scale.

Now into its 20th year, Breast Cancer Now’s Wear it Pink day is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK. Taking place during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, thousands of amazing people wear it pink in their communities, schools or workplaces for the UK’s largest breast cancer charity, Breast Cancer Now.
