We are committed to sourcing the best quality people for our clients and in order to ensure these can be delivered to you in a timely manner, we have a number of proven candidate attraction strategies and techniques and we select the most appropriate for the requirement at hand.
We employ a digital media specialist whose specific remit is to be the expert on all sources of candidates, including job boards, social networking sites, and others as appropriate. Excellent relationships are fostered with all partners and suppliers, allowing for truly bespoke campaigns as required. All advertising is monitored and optimised throughout the life of the project.
We use our significant social media footprint (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) as well as having invested in specialist LinkedIn resourcing technology, our extensive networks of contacts built through our referral scheme and partnerships/memberships with leading industry bodies and associations.

4.What geographical areas do you cover?
We cover the whole UK and also undertake assignments in mainland Europe, North America, Australasia, the Middle East and Far East for our clients.
5. Are all your consultants experienced in their field?
Many of our consultants come from the industries or functional disciplines for which they now recruit. This means that they have a unique ability to really understand the business needs of our clients and the particular technical skills required. We also have a hugely experienced team of recruitment specialists who have significant experience in managing permanent, contract and retained assignments.
6. Can you handle a large recruitment project involving a number of vacancies?
We offer services for single vacancies on a contingency basis right through to high volume recruitment projects. One of our previous successes was in sourcing 178 engineering and management professionals for the start-up of a major OEM in the UK.
