Process Improvement Manager - Manchester - Rail Manufacturing - £40,000 to £50,000 p.a Working across the entire organisation, the Process Improvement Manager will be key in implementing strategic as well as process improvement projects within a rail manufacturing environment. Project Engineer - Derby We are looking for a Project Engineer at an exciting time in this company's history, we have a new role for a Project Engineer, to take ownership and commercial responsibility for projects ensuring that they are right first time in their existing facility and then for the move to their new and larger facility both based in Derby. As the Project Engineer you will work from project launch to delivery. The Project Engineer will: Project manage all value-added products, including engineering design, customer reviews, costing and any other function to convert client requirements into solutions. Work closely with New Product Introduction Team and assist with production issues. Maintain control and release of customer projects to manufacturing. Keep control of drawing releases and change notes/procedures using existing internal system. Manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritise and manage workload accordingly. The Sales Manager will report into the UK Sales Director and will be liaising with, supporting, visiting and developing new as well as existing Rolling Stock customers, primarily across the region. What You Will Do As a Sales Manager you will be respondible for: Work with and guide sales / technical support teams based in the UK, India and China. Sales Manager - North America An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager with an established British based engineering company for North America. Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager, the Sales Manager is expected to identify and develop new customers and opportunities for their range of Rail and Industrial buffers and other associated Engineered products. All opportunities will need to be Project Managed from initiation to completion, supported by Engineering and Commercial Centres around the world.
