Simulation Engineer Competitive plus benefits Leicestershire Simulation, Analysis, Matlab, Python, Emissions, Low Carbon, Transportation, Communication. A Simulation Engineer is required to provide analytical and modelling skills to the team delivering programmes and projects related to the development and deployment of new and emerging low emission vehicles and infrastructure. Our client specialises in Low Carbon and Fuel Cell technologies and are seeking a Simulation Engineer to join their team in Leicestershire. As a Simulation Engineer you will be responsible for: Analysis of low carbon vehicle performance data, reporting and presentation of the results. Operation and development of vehicle performance modelling and simulation software. Undertake projects and programme delivery activities regarding low emission automotive technologies, markets, and fuelling. Develop and deploy analytical techniques to assess the performance of low emission vehicle types (electric, hydrogen, natural gas, etc.), and supporting infrastructure, for on road / in fleet operations (technical, economic and life-cycle environmental) Develop and write technical papers and reports. Undertake market research and techno-market analysis on low emission technologies and products. Provide advice and guidance to fleets on the practical low emission alternatives to diesel vehicles. Education / Skills / Experience Ideal candidates should have: An Engineering or technical degree . An Analytical mind who can analysis data and present detailed reports. Experience of programming in Matlab, VBA, Python, SQL or alternative software’s used analysis for data analysis Information collection, database and statistical analysis experience Data analysis skills, with experience of Excel Excellent communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with knowledge of low carbon, fuel cell technologies and / or emissions / fuel consumption analysis seeking to develop your career. The Avionic RF Electronic Technician is required to join an Avionic Systems Company immediately. The Avionic RF Electronic Technician will be responsible for working with Electronic technologies ranging from analogue electronics to complex microprocessor electronics with the ability to repair RF circuits. Avionic RF Electronic Technician - Key Responsibilities Precise mechanical work and electronics repair Electronics repair of through hole and surface mounted components fault finding and testing using specialised and general-purpose electronics test equipment Complete accurate and legible repair records Ensure accuracy and safety standards are met Understanding the Standard Operating and Company Procedures Upon agreement work as part of an 'on call' team on a rota basis.
