A Senior IT Engineer / Business Systems Manager is required for a high volume automotive parts manufacturer. The role of Senior IT Engineer / Business Systems Manager has responsibility for the following: Maintaining the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), PMS (Production Management system) Ensure that production peripherals connected to the MES system are working effectively such as scanner, barcode readers, RFID tags to ensure. You may have prior experience as a Field Service Engineer with a background in CNC machines and tooling and possibly be looking for a 'change of pace' to a site based technical support role. If this is the case, this could be an ideal position for you. Key Responsibilities: Remote support for customers and engineers of CNC Machinery and tools via telephone / email / poral. Diagnose and solve electronic, hydraulic and software faults with CNC machines over the telephone and via remote diagnostics. Spare part clarification and orders (liaising with service team). Manage and plan service activities to be executed in the field for customer within SLAs. Coordinate and liaise with service engineers. Support with planning and aftercare of retrofits and machine upgrades. Maintenance Technician - Rail Sector - Permanent - Attractive - Rosyth Area A Maintenance Technician is required to join an established company with a good reputation in the Rail Sector. The successful Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and they will join the Maintenance department. The Maintenance Technician will carry out the maintenance and repair of all site facilities, plant and equipment and the upkeep of all relevant documentation.
