About David: ​Before joining Jonathan Lee Recruitment I spent 20 years in the financial services industry, holding Board level positions in both finance and general management with a FTSE 350 Lloyds Insurance Broker, where I gained both national and international business experience, including opening offices in Amsterdam, Paris, and Frankfurt.

I joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 1998, initially as Finance and Operations Director before accepting the role of Managing Director in 2001.

I'm a qualified accountant and Chartered Company Secretary and I oversee all financial, legal and compliance activities on behalf of the Group.

Drawing on my previous M&A experience I've completed several acquisitions for the Jonathan Lee Group over the years, I work closely with shareholders and my management team in setting strategy and direction for the business.
