Katherine Garratt Business Partner - Marketing and Events posted over 1 year ago

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has been marking its 40th anniversary year with several events throughout 2018. As part of the celebrations, last week, JL team members were invited to the Fox Inn, Stourton, for some delicious BBQ food and live music courtesy of The Wedding Crashers.

The evening began with Jonathan congratulating everyone on their hard work and success for the year to date. Jonathan next drew the hotly anticipated prize draw giving team members the opportunity to win one of three prizes.

The lucky, top prize winner was Colin Reeves who won a two-night luxury getaway, with runners-up, Lisa Osborne and Hilary Wilding, winning gift vouchers and a bottle of champagne respectively.

The evening moved on to The Wedding Crashers getting everyone on their feet with a wide selection of favourites, performing songs from the sixties through to the current day. The piano and drums duo, who are regulars at Birmingham’s Jam House, were a massive hit, filling the dance floor - where it was quickly established who could and couldn’t ‘floss like a boss’!

But most noteworthy were Gareth Simpson and Kate Barnard, whose efforts to Crazy in Love would have made Beyoncé herself proud.

The whole team would like to say a big thank you to David and Jonathan for the event. We are all really looking forward to the next event!
