- Undertake site assessments for third-party welders, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain training facilities, including equipment, classrooms, and welding stillages, to the highest standards.

What You Will Bring:
- NVQ qualifications for delivering training and assessments.
- Proven experience as a welder, qualified to TW5 minimum, with a strong track record in MMA welding.
- Sentinel competency in TW1 - TW5 & RT1 - RT5, as well as MMA1 - MMA4.
- Knowledge of Network Rail MMA and Flux Core Automatic Welding (FCAW1 - FCAW4) processes.
- Welding Inspector qualification (WI.1/2) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A deep understanding of Welding processes.
