What You Will Do:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, providing professional and prompt communication.

- Partner closely with Production teams to promote a "Right First Time" philosophy and eliminate defects at the source.
- Lead structured improvement activities, including Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S, to enhance quality control and reduce the cost of poor quality.
What You Will Bring:
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in quality management within an OEM or Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment, ideally with experience of JLR products and processes.
- Deep knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEM-specific quality systems.
- Proven expertise in APQP, PPAP, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
