Custom Interconnect Ltd (CIL) is a prominent Electronics Manufacturing Company in the UK, originally established in 1987 as a Design and Manufacturing specialist in Thick Film Hybrids and micro-electronic devices. Over the years, CIL has grown steadily, consistently investing in advanced plant, equipment, and skilled staff to maintain its reputation for delivering high-quality, competitively priced products.
In addition to their award-winning Charlton Road factory, CIL expanded in 2010 by opening a BOX Build facility in Andover. This expansion brought their total electronics production space to 30,000 sq ft across two sites, enhancing their capability as a one-stop solution provider with versatile end-to-end technology and flexible responses to customer demands.
CIL further expanded its offerings by joining the Connexion Technologies Group in 2012, which enabled them to provide additional manufacturing support services, including RF & Microwave Components, system design, and RF Test Equipment manufacturing.
Their service offerings span various sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive, Transport, Communications, Defence, Industrial, Medical, and Oil & Gas. CIL continues to innovate and expand, as evidenced by their recent £9 million investment in a new semiconductor packaging, power device, and PCBA manufacturing facility in Andover.
