Overview:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and growing a territory through technical sales and account management
  • Advising customers on cutting tool applications, machining strategies, and process improvements
  • Delivering hands-on support, product trials, and cost-saving solutions
  • Working with distributors and end users across CNC machining environments
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (cycle time reduction, tool life optimisation)
  • Using CRM and digital tools to manage pipeline and customer activity

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in metal cutting, CNC machining, or cutting tool applications
  • Background as a Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or CNC Programmer
  • Knowledge of milling, turning, or 5-axis machining
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at shop-floor and management level
  • Commercial awareness or experience in technical sales (desirable)

Nice to have:

  • Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience
  • Experience with indexable tooling systems

  • We’re looking for an experienced Solar PV Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects across the UK.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing the full lifecycle delivery of Solar PV and renewable energy projects (design through to commissioning)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within Solar PV, Electrical, Construction, or Renewable Energy projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial solar installations, electrical systems, or infrastructure delivery
  • Experience managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
  • Confident in budget management, reporting, and programme delivery
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations within construction or energy environments
  • Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
  • PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence

Candidates from electrical contracting, utilities, M&E, or renewables backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.

Job Objectives:
We are currently recruiting for our client at their facility in Tamworth for an experienced Electrical Assembly technician, this is an exciting role involved in wiring and assembly of machinery, including control panel wiring and mechanical assembly/fitting.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Undertake the assembly and manufacture of parts and assemblies to the point where they are complete machines and ready for testing.

Tasks Include:

  • Control panel assembly and wiring
  • Mechanical fitting and assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and finished machines
  • Plastic parts manufacture
  • Finishing and packaging of completed machines
  • Wiring of chambers
  • Testing of chambers using provided instructions
  • Self-inspection of finished items according to defined methodology
  • Improving assembly methods and practices to reduce costs and minimize waste
  • Ensuring quality work to minimize non-conformities
  • Adhering strictly to provided work instructions and methods
  • Maintaining tidiness, cleanliness, and high standards of housekeeping in own work area and throughout the workshop
  • Training other employees as required
  • Picking and packing of spares orders
  • Any other supportive tasks for production within capability

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Competence in general electro-mechanical assembly or finishing operations

Based in either Scotland or England, working on behalf of a leading UK independent electrical generation engineering group delivering design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance and service solutions to customers across a broad range of industrial and commercial sectors, we are seeking a NEW Business Development Manager to support their UK and European market expansion with existing and new clients.

As the Business Development Manager for Hydro, you will lead the development and growth of our clients' hydro sector business. This is a strategic key account management role focused on work winning, identifying and securing new opportunities, and positioning the business as a trusted partner across the hydro market.

This position is responsible for developing customer engagement strategies, leading work-winning activities, and driving sustainable revenue growth within existing and new hydro sector accounts. Working closely with operational, technical, and leadership teams, the BDM will play a pivotal role in shaping market presence and delivering long-term business success.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will:

-    Act as the primary account lead for major hydro clients, building strong, long-term customer relationships and ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

-    Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth, revenue generation and market share within the hydro sector.

-    Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities, leading the full bid and work-winning process from opportunity through to contract award.

-    Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including accurate CRM reporting, forecasting and customer intelligence.

-    Monitor market trends, customer investment plans and competitor activity to identify and convert growth opportunities.

-    Promote the full range of company products and services into the hydro and power generation market.

-    Partner with the Commercial Manager to lead client contract negotiations, ensuring commercially robust and balanced terms and conditions.

-    Collaborate closely with operational, engineering and project teams to develop winning solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

-    Lead customer engagement activities including meetings, presentations, site visits and industry events across UK, Europe and international markets.

-    Oversee smooth transition from sales to delivery, including project handover and kick-off meetings and ongoing contract review support.

-    Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are understood and embedded within project delivery.

-    Provide market, customer and pipeline insight to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

-    Contribute to sector strategy development and continuous improvement across business units, sharing best practice and supporting performance improvement initiatives.

To support this position, you should have the following experience elements:

-    No formal qualifications are required.

-    Demonstrable experience within the hydro and/or power industry.

-    Engineering background preferred.

-    Working knowledge of rotating machinery desirable.

-    Proven ability to lead and manage the tendering process from opportunity through to submission.

-    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

-    Strong capability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities.

-    Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to influence colleagues and customers and promote positive change initiatives.

-    Good understanding of technical drawings and key design features of rotating equipment.

We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our Energy Division as a Service Delivery & Resource Manager, leading workforce planning and operational resource coordination across our electricity distribution and utility services network.

This is a key leadership opportunity within a critical infrastructure environment, responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of operational teams supporting construction, metering, maintenance, network operations and customer service delivery across Jersey’s electricity distribution network.

You will play a central role in supporting the delivery of essential utility services across a network that includes substations, distribution infrastructure, underground cable systems and more than 55,000 service and metering points.

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware manager with strong experience in utilities operations, field workforce planning, operational service delivery or infrastructure resource management.

  • Leading the Service Delivery Resource team to ensure efficient workforce planning and operational scheduling
  • Managing resource allocation across construction, metering, maintenance and operational delivery teams
