Als Service Team Manager für Deutschland übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Leitung des Aftersales-Service-Teams sowie für einen reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Ablauf aller Field-Service-Aktivitäten.
The Role:
As the Service Team Manager for Germany, you will take ownership of leading the Aftersales Service Team and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient field service operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing, and mentoring the German Aftersales Service Team
- Workforce planning, deployment coordination, and resource management for field technicians
- Ensuring effective processes, documentation, and compliance standards for technical service
- Overseeing RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) activities at customer sites
- Defining and maintaining SOPs, service standards, and documentation guidelines
- Delivering technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinating materials, tools, and spare parts for service missions
- Organising travel, visas, and permits required for technician deployment
- Regular collaboration with senior Aftersales leadership in the UK

Your Profile:
We are looking for candidates who can combine strong leadership capabilities with solid technical understanding and field service experience. Ideally, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or technical vocational training in engineering, energy technology, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience leading field service or technical service teams
- 5+ years’ experience in energy, oil & gas, industrial maintenance, or related heavy industry
- Experience working with industrial customer environments (e.g., power plants, refineries)
- Strong understanding of HSE, ATEX, and industrial maintenance standards
- Hands-on experience with work permit systems, risk assessments, and international workforce deployment
- Strong leadership presence and experience delivering technical training
- Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe
- Fluency in German and English

Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on High Voltage Battery Engineer to work with EV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in real-world, safety-critical environments.
This is a site-based engineering role, focused on diagnosing, repairing, dismantling, and safely handling high-voltage lithium-ion battery systems (400V–1000V+ DC). You’ll act as the HV technical authority on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, compliantly, and to a high technical standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, dismantle, and rework HV lithium-ion battery packs (EV & BESS)
- Perform HV isolation, discharge, testing, and fault-finding
- Identify issues at cell, module, pack, and BMS level
- Support site-based assessment, remediation, commissioning support, and decommissioning activities
- Act as HV technical lead on site, ensuring RAMS and safe systems of work are followed
- Write, review, and implement RAMS for HV battery activities
- Produce technical reports, repair records, and battery condition assessments

Essential Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with high-voltage lithium-ion battery systems
