Agri Account Manager (Renewals Focus)

Location: Shropshire, Hybrid 
Salary: Up to £34,000 DOE + uncapped commission

About the role

We’re working with a growing agri-business in the farming and agriculture sector who are looking for an Agri Account Manager to join their team, with a strong focus on customer renewals and retention.

This isn’t a cold sales role. It’s about speaking to existing customers in the farming and agriculture community, understanding their needs, and making sure they continue to see real value in the service.

If you come from a farming or agricultural background, enjoy building relationships, and are confident having honest conversations about cost and value, this role will suit you well.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage a portfolio of customers across the farming and agri sector, with a focus on keeping them engaged and renewing.

  • Speak with farmers and agri customers to manage subscription renewals
  • Proactively contact customers whose renewals are due or have lapsed
  • Handle cancellation requests, understanding the reasons behind them
  • Have open conversations about pricing, value, and product use
  • Build long-term relationships with people working in farming and agriculture
  • Identify opportunities to upsell where it genuinely benefits the farm or business
  • Work towards monthly targets for renewals, activity, and revenue
  • Share feedback from customers to help improve the product and service
  • Support with farming events and agricultural shows when needed

What we’re looking for

  • Farming or agriculture knowledge is essential (livestock, dairy, beef, or general farming background)
  • Experience in account management, renewals, customer service, or sales
  • Comfortable speaking with farmers and people across the agriculture sector
  • Confident handling objections and retention conversations
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and happy working towards targets
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

Are you passionate about raising supplier quality standards and improving global supply chain performance? We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (Packaging) to join our clients Procurement team and ensure all suppliers consistently meet and exceed quality expectations. You’ll combine hands‑on technical work with global collaboration, onsite audits, and strategic improvement initiatives.

This role includes up to 20% international travel, with occasional trips lasting up to two weeks as you visit suppliers across the world.

This position would be an excellent fit for someone who has previously worked in roles such as Supplier Quality Engineer, Supplier Development Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Engineer, Supplier Auditor, Packaging Technologist (with strong supplier quality focus), Compliance Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, Supplier Performance Engineer, or Manufacturing Quality Engineer. If you have experience improving supplier performance, managing audits, and driving quality standards across a manufacturing supply chain, you’ll thrive in this position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring all global suppliers meet required quality standards
  • Identifying supply chain issues and driving continuous improvement
  • Implementing and enhancing supplier quality processes and documentation
  • Conducting supplier audits and supporting corrective actions
  • Reporting on supplier performance and ensuring improvements are captured
  • Collaborating closely with global suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting document control, process improvements, and quality reporting
  • Travelling internationally to supplier sites when required

You’ll uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental responsibility, ensuring that people, products, and processes are always protected in line with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

 

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or a similar manufacturing quality role
  • Degree‑qualified or qualified by experience
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, processes, and continuous improvement
  • Audit experience (supplier audits, corrective action follow‑up)
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Ability to adapt, travel internationally, and work independently
  • A proactive, collaborative, problem‑solving mindset
  • Confident using MS Office and general IT systems
  • Commercial awareness and a team‑focused approach

The Role

This is a fast-paced, shopfloor-facing role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring materials are available to keep production running to schedule.

You’ll work closely with production teams, supply chain, and logistics to resolve shortages and maintain flow across the line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure materials are delivered to the production line on time and in full
  • Expedite urgent parts and chase deliveries through to machine arrival
  • Identify material shortages and drive corrective action plans
  • Support production teams by resolving part availability issues quickly
  • Investigate root causes of supply issues and help implement improvements
  • Maintain system accuracy using AX (stock movements, works orders, scrap, etc.)
  • Review production orders (MOS) and remove blockers to keep builds on track

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a manufacturing / production environment
  • Background in materials, logistics, supply chain, or planning
  • Confident working on the shopfloor and communicating with production teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership
  • IT literate (ERP systems experience beneficial – e.g. AX)

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake operator to work for our client in Bolton, the role will be responsible for the operation of a press brake machine, including material handling, setting machines to pre-determined parameters, pressing components, packing finished parts, and kitting.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Operate press brake machinery to manufacture door components and related assemblies using carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials as required
  • Set up and run machines in line with pre-defined parameters and specifications
  • Work in accordance with strict Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), under supervision when required
  • Ensure all produced work meets quality standards and passes inspection
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine pressing requirements
  • Use overhead crane for material handling safely and effectively
  • Unpack incoming materials and repack finished components, including kitting
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe press brake work area (5S standards)
  • Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and safe working practices
  • Participate in security/background checks if required
  • Undertake any additional ad hoc duties appropriate to the role

Key Objectives:

  • Produce pressed components to company quality standards
  • Minimise quality defects and rework
  • Reduce Health & Safety incidents and risks
  • Continuously develop skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Meet production targets for time, quality, and delivery

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Proven practical experience operating a press brake
  • Valid overhead crane certification
  • FLT (Forklift Truck) certification (desirable)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience using route cards, process flow trackers, travellers, or MITP systems
  • Understanding of 5S / 5SPlus principles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to absorb technical information
  • Own transport required

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Production Engineer to provide technical support across Mazak’s state-of-the-art production facility. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth manufacturing operations and supporting the continuous development of new machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to all production departments on electrical systems.
  • Respond promptly to resolve machine breakdowns and minimise line stoppages.
  • Electrically test and validate new machine options, including full functional checks.
  • Prepare modification requests for design changes to electrical circuits and loom harnesses.
  • Create and maintain electrical assembly process documents and check sheets.
  • Test and evaluate new machines prior to release.

Essential Criteria

  • Apprentice trained in an electrical engineering discipline.

  • Strong industrial electrical experience.
  • IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a sound understanding of electrical engineering principles.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of PLCs and inverter drive systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit drawings and ladder diagrams.
  • Skilled in fault finding using electrical diagnostics, I/O, and PLCs.
  • Understanding of risk assessment and health & safety standards.
  • Knowledge of electrical inspection and test methods.
  • Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems for fault finding.
  • Ability to identify and implement process or productivity improvements.
