What You Will Do: 

- Design and develop vehicle technical specifications and attributes across multiple vehicle architectures.

- Lead and resolve complex, multifunctional engineering challenges while balancing competing requirements to deliver optimal solutions.

- Analyse current and emerging technologies, as well as competitor products, to influence future strategies and ensure competitiveness.

- Coach and mentor team members by reviewing and delegating work, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Apply problem-solving techniques to tackle difficult and often complex engineering issues with confidence and precision.

What You Will Bring: 

- Strong knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross-functional vehicle systems.

- Enthusiasm for vehicles and their development, paired with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and present technical information effectively.

- Proficiency in IT tools, including the ability to create and manage presentations and spreadsheets.

- A full UK driving licence.
