What You Will Do: 

- Act as the technical arbitrator, integrating and delivering engineering solutions for the entire vehicle while ensuring alignment with strategic targets and functional requirements.

- Support vehicle functional integration to simplify complexity and drive efficient technical solutions.

- Collaborate with the Vehicle Attribute Robustness team to embed design quality, service, and manufacturing requirements.

- Oversee the progression of vehicle technical data, including CAD, DV, AIMS, build, test, and releasing activities.

- Align and deliver Minimum Viable Product into both virtual and physical verification and validation stages.

- Facilitate cross-group resolution and escalate issues to the Vehicle Integration Manager when necessary.

- Lead Agile spike activities to address complex engineering challenges effectively.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in automotive engineering, with a deep understanding of complex vehicle interactions and technical decision-making.

- Strong knowledge of automotive technology, including vehicle, system, and component design, development, and delivery.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams to solve complex technical issues using structured methodologies such as 8D or Six Sigma.

- Project management experience with a track record of delivering against complex technical programme deliverables.
