As Operation Manager you will: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), ensuring efficient and safe transfers of personnel and equipment to offshore sites.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and schedules to maximise vessel productivity while minimising downtime.
  • Enforce compliance with maritime safety standards and environmental regulations, ensuring the highest levels of safety and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to maintain vessels and equipment, scheduling regular checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage budgets effectively, tracking costs such as fuel consumption and maintenance to ensure cost-efficient operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring service quality aligns with expectations.

 The Operations Manager will have the following: 

  • Proven experience in maritime or offshore operations, ideally with exposure to Crew Transfer Vessels or offshore wind projects.
  • Strong understanding of maritime regulations, including ISM and IMO standards, as well as offshore-specific safety protocols.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in crew coordination and training.
  • Excellent problem-solving and logistical planning abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
