We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing and electrical assembly operations at this Warwick site. You'll oversee goods in/out, inventory accuracy, stock control and team performance-driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 across warehouse and electrical workshop
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and champion a culture of safety
  • Maintain stock accuracy and optimise ERP/WMS processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost control
  • Liaise with the Electrical Design Team to support bespoke product assembly
  • Work with suppliers and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics

What You'll Bring

  • Strong leadership and warehouse management experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, stock control and warehouse best practice
  • HSE awareness and forklift licence
  • Proficient in MS Office and performance reporting
  • Confident in improving processes, solving problems and managing change

Desirable:

  • Logistics or warehouse-related qualifications
  • IOSH/NEBOSH or similar H&S training
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations
  • Excellent people management skills and experience

What we're looking for:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Confident using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Solid experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong GD&T knowledge and quality inspection skills
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiarity with injection moulded components (desirable)
  • Experience with PPAP processes (desirable)

We're looking for a commercially astute Production Estimator to join the Inter Company Sales Team-a pivotal role at the heart of the operations.

Reporting directly to the Production Director, you'll take full ownership of creating and managing machine option quotations across Europe. Whether it's standard configurations, bespoke adaptations, or retrofit solutions, your work will ensure our quotes are accurate, competitive, and delivered with precision.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a technically complex environment and understands the critical link between engineering and commercial success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the creation and life cycle management of all machine option quotations.
  • Collaborate across departments-Engineering, Supply Chain, Production-to deliver accurate, timely, and profitable proposals.
  • Drive each quotation as a project, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Implement and refine cost models that reflect market realities and boost conversion rates.
  • Prepare estimates across machining, fabrication, engineering design, materials, and assembly-then track performance to identify commercial improvement opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with our European Sales teams to align on strategy and deliver value.
  • Analyse KPIs and use data insights to improve revenue, profitability, and success rates.
  • Continuously improve the quotation process to deliver greater value to both our customers and our production teams.
  • Support twice-yearly costing reviews with sound commercial analysis and judgement.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven background in estimation and quotation within a related engineering or manufacturing sector.
  • Clear understanding of how commercial performance ties to estimation strategy.
  • Strong technical insight into complex manufacturing and engineering processes.
  • Solid commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple nationalities and functions.
  • Confident in decision-making and problem-solving, even under pressure.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field.

  • Ensure full compliance to process control plans and quality documentation.
  • Monitor key quality metrics (Yield, Scrap, Rework, Cost of Poor Quality) and use data to influence smart decisions.
  • Step in for the UK Head of Quality when required - this role comes with visibility and autonomy.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Solid experience in a quality leadership or supervisory role in a regulated manufacturing environment, perhaps automotive tier 1 or similar fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in structured problem-solving and implementing effective corrective actions
  • Excellent understanding of quality core tools and techniques
  • Proven success managing audits, quality incidents, and driving closure of non-conformances
  • Confident communicator with the credibility to influence at all levels

Desirable:

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a technical discipline
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
  • Experience in lean manufacturing or operational roles (e.g., automotive, aerospace, etc.)
  • Involvement in business transformation or product launch projects
