I have worked in accountancy and finance recruitment for the past decade; originally focussing on the SME & accountancy practice market in the Midlands.

For the last 7 years, I have worked in the City of London focussing on senior appointments and executive search within the financial services sector, working with private equity and venture capital firms, institutional asset managers, investment banks and trading firms. I am delighted to be back, based in Shropshire, and will continue to lead on finance and strategy hires for businesses across the UK.

My focus is on delivering a comprehensive search methodology for businesses of all shapes and sizes, as well as advisory work and talent mapping for firms and executives looking to add strategic hires within their finance hierarchy.

I have consistently organised networking events and provided value add material for the senior finance community as well as business leaders and look forward to getting these started with Jonathan Lee’s existing and new client base.
