I have over 10 years of experience in senior finance search. My career began in financial services, working with a range of SME businesses across the UK before I transferred my skills into executive and finance recruitment.
I worked in the City as an Operations Manager for a global FTSE 250 recruitment business, partnering with global private equity firms, hedge funds, and investment banks. I focused on senior search mandates at CFO level, Corporate Development Directors, Operations Directors, and Chiefs of Staff.
Currently, I am based in our Shropshire office, running retained and exclusive search assignments. I also support EVP assessments and advise SME businesses on succession planning and people strategies.
Away from work
I’m a passionate, albeit ageing cricketer and hockey player and enjoy walking my two cocker spaniels around the Shropshire countryside on weekends with my fiancée Sarah.
I am a proud Salopian, and Midlander, and follow Wolves (and Shrewsbury Town) – often much to my frustration!
