Are you a newly qualified Maintenance Engineer or an experienced Machine Operator looking for a role within Engineering? Well this role could be for you, This company is seeking a Junior Maintenance Engineer to join its dedicated team at a state-of-the-art facility in Brackley. Working within the Engineering team you will work closely with an experienced Maintenance Engineer conducting routine & reactive maintenance on food process machinery.
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off- Day & Nights- 12 hour Shifts.

- Optimise machinery output and product quality while minimising plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response.

Job Description
Operational Support
- Lead and support the Laser and Press teams with technical expertise and high-level skill set.
- Respond immediately to machine breakdowns and stoppages.
- Carry out predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance on laser machines and presses.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure optimal performance.
- Keep the Production Supervisor informed of progress and issues.
Process & Quality
- Ensure quality gateways are completed to the highest standard.
- Support weekly power-off plans, including achievement and recovery strategies.
- Drive improvements in standard times and reduce process waste.
- Support root cause investigations for internal and external customer complaints.
Leadership & Training
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
- Hold daily SQDCP meetings, collating and monitoring KPIs.
- Plan, improve, and record team performance using visualization and effective communication techniques.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase utilization and performance.

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our client and play a key role in driving performance, safety, and efficiency across their warehouse.
This is a permanent role with a clear progression path: once validation is complete, you’ll move to the top earnings band.
This position would suit someone who has previously worked as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Shift Leader, Senior Warehouse Operative, Logistics Team Leader, Distribution Team Leader, Depot Supervisor, Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Team Leader, Stores Supervisor, or Production Team Leader. Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role working with an established maintenance team. The role of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer offers £53K and excellent overall earning potential with regular overtime and a good shift pattern working 12 hour shifts with every other weekend off, very competitive holiday and 10% pension. This will suit an engineer who can effectively fault find electrically and mechanically who likes working shifts with regular weekends off and long off-shift periods for holidays and breaks.
Job Outline:
Predominantly mechanical maintenance required working within a busy manufacturing environment, but you will need to fault find electrically to include interrogation panels and resetting sensors, you will be responsible for conducting PPM on machines, scheduling repairs and supporting the installation of machines and senior engineers with projects to improve machines.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to:
- Plan and carry out routine scheduled and preventative maintenance work.
- Provide technical support to production staff
- React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue
- Installation of electrical and mechanical machinery
- Maintain documentation, log all breakdowns and servicing work.
The Maintenance Engineer should have the following skills or experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing business
- Experience with both Mechanical Maintenance Engineering
- A recognised certificate/qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
