Own the Operation

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills? We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our client and play a key role in driving performance, safety, and efficiency across their warehouse.
This is a permanent role with a clear progression path: once validation is complete, you’ll move to the top earnings band.
This position would suit someone who has previously worked as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Shift Leader, Senior Warehouse Operative, Logistics Team Leader, Distribution Team Leader, Depot Supervisor, Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Team Leader, Stores Supervisor, or Production Team Leader. If you’ve led teams in fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments, you’ll be well suited to this role.
Please note: This is a 2-stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.

The role:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter to join our clients manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies, supporting high-speed 5-axis machining of automotive components in a fast-paced production environment. Available is a competitive salary of over £40K and good working hours and holiday provision.
Work Hours: 37.5 hours on double days
As CNC Setter your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Support daily production and resolve machining issues
- Set and optimise CNC machines for performance and quality
- Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Monitor part quality and adjust offsets to maintain capability
- Prove out new CNC programs, tooling, and fixtures
- Manage tooling, tool life, and investigate breakages
- Drive TPM and 5S initiatives across the shop floor
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standards
- Train, mentor, and support CNC setters and operators
- Promote HSE standards across the department
Essential Requirements
- Apprentice trained or formally qualified in CNC machining
- Proven experience setting CNC machines in a production environment
- Strong experience with 5-axis machining (aluminium preferred)
- Machining Centres / Milling Machines
- Knowledge of G & M code programming (Siemens controllers advantageous)
- Strong understanding of tooling and fixture design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

4 x WAREHOUSE TEAM VACANCIES - TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE)
Due to expansion and a new site being acquired, we are seeking 4 Warehouse Team Leaders to join a food manufacturing business in Telford (Shropshire), these jobs will be working 4 on 4 off shifts (12 hour days and nights) and the starting salary will be just over £35,000 per annum, increasing to just under £39,500 per annum once fully signed off.
We are looking for someone who holds a Counterbalance and/or Reach forklift license refreshed in the last 5 years and it needs to be either RTITB or ITSSAR accredited.
The hiring manager is looking for someone who lives within a 25 mile radius of Telford (Shropshire), previous ERP system experience is also required, experience with SAP or AS400 would be highly desirable but other ERP system experience will be considered.
This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.
These roles would be a great fit for someone who has previously worked as a Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Team Leader, Stock Control Team Leader or an Inventory Controller.
