What You Will Do:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure a flawless finish.
- Mix paints to match colours accurately and apply primer, base coats, and clear coats with precision.
- Operate spray guns and other equipment, adjusting settings to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct quality checks to inspect finished work for imperfections and ensure a smooth, professional finish.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the paint booth and equipment.
- Track inventory of paints and materials to ensure seamless operations.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE REQUIRED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a well established manufacturing business based in the Hortonwood area of Telford (Shropshire), this role is working day shifts Monday to Friday (39.5 hours per week) and the hourly rate is up to £13.00 per hour (DOE).
The ideal candidate will be PC literate and have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment, we are looking for someone who holds a Counterbalance forklift license that has been refreshed within the last 3 years.
Anyone who has previously worked within a Goods In, Despatch or Stock Controller role would be well received.
What You Will Do:
- Wrap outgoing goods for dispatch and load equipment onto vehicles or into the yard.
- Move equipment and switchboards on the shop floor to support testing and production.
- Keep the shop floor, stores, and work-in-progress areas clean, safe, and organised.
- Collaborate with the Goods In Operative and Production Supervisor to prepare the shop floor for upcoming projects.
- Deputise for the Goods In Operative during holidays or absences, and assist during busy periods.
- Use the site van to move stock between production locations and ensure the forklift truck is charged and ready for daily operations.

Machine Setter / Press Operator
Location: Dudley and Worcester
Pay: £17.12 per hour (approx. £34,719 per annum)
Exciting new opportunities for skilled machine setters with tool setting and press operation experience to join a rapidly expanding business preparing to move to their new premises in Worcester. Initially based at Dudley you will work a rotating day shift setting and running power presses and associated equipment. Excellent rates of pay, great working hours and soon to be based at modern facility.
Shift Pattern: Alternating weeks Monday–Friday – 7:00 am–3:30 pm / 10:30 am–7:00 pm (39 Hours)
Machine Setter / Press Operator Job Summary
Responsible for setting tools, operating press, and maintaining press tools to ensure efficient production of steel components. Duties include preparing coils, conducting quality inspections (including nail bend tests and gauging), changing and servicing tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and change press tooling according to production requirements.
- Inspect first-off samples using gauges and bend tests to ensure quality standards.
- Operation of HMI
- Assist the Supervisor in organizing shift activities and take the lead when required.
- Perform tool and plate size changes as per order specifications.
- Communicate tooling and press issues to the Tool Room and Maintenance teams.
- Segregate and report any defective product or material.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and quality procedures.
- Ensure good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and handovers.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ tool-setting experience.
- ROSPA training beneficial
- Power Press setting or similar
- Tool changeovers and setting
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
- Reach Truck Licence (beneficial).
- HMI experience
- Overhead Crane Licence (beneficial).
- Supervisory experience and strong communication skills advantageous.
- Computer literacy required.
- Technical background preferred.

NEW MACHINE SETTER OPERATOR VACANCIES IN ELLESMERE PORT, CHESHIRE!!
Do you have previous Machine Setting, Machine Operating and/or Setting Operating experience within a production facility, and are you looking for a new permanent role to start ASAP?

This role will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour days and nights shifts) and the working hours are 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am (2 days and 2 nights as part of your 4).
