  • Experience measuring, modifying, and installing mechanical equipment
  • A good understanding of electrical and software-controlled industrial machinery
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK

Why Join Us?

This isn't just another field engineering role.

This is a newly created position designed to strengthen our technical capability and create a clear development pathway into Project Engineering.

You'll receive support, training, and exposure to increasingly complex engineering projects, giving you every opportunity to progress your career into a Senior Project Engineer role.

You'll join a collaborative engineering team where your ideas are valued, your contribution is recognised and your development genuinely matters.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Electric or hybrid company car
  • 25 days holiday plus the option to buy or sell additional leave
  • Private medical insurance
  • Health cash plan options
  • Dental and travel insurance
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Green Car Scheme
  • Life assurance
  • Generous pension with 8% employer contribution
  • Ongoing technical training and career development

Ready for Your Next Challenge?

If you're looking for a role where you'll combine technical expertise, customer interaction and hands-on engineering while building a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
