4 x WAREHOUSE TEAM VACANCIES - TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE)
Due to expansion and a new site being acquired, we are seeking 4 Warehouse Team Leaders to join a food manufacturing business in Telford (Shropshire), these jobs will be working 4 on 4 off shifts (12 hour days and nights) and the starting salary will be just over £35,000 per annum, increasing to just under £39,500 per annum once fully signed off.
We are looking for someone who holds a Counterbalance and/or Reach forklift license refreshed in the last 5 years and it needs to be either RTITB or ITSSAR accredited.
The hiring manager is looking for someone who lives within a 25 mile radius of Telford (Shropshire), previous ERP system experience is also required, experience with SAP or AS400 would be highly desirable but other ERP system experience will be considered.
This will be a 2 stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.
These roles would be a great fit for someone who has previously worked as a Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Team Leader, Stock Control Team Leader or an Inventory Controller.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment, promoting a culture of safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues effectively.
What You Will Bring:
- You MUST hold a Counterbalance license accredited by ITSSAR or RTITB and this must be within the last 3 years.

Multiple Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) are required within the European Union to join and organisation that work with national security partners across the globe and mission zones. The Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) will serve as the primary operational interface between the client, deployed ISR teams, and Leadership, ensuring effective coordination, accurate intelligence product delivery, and consistent situational awareness. The Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) role ensures that ISR data is processed, exploited, and disseminated in accordance with client requirements and internal standards, enabling timely, actionable intelligence delivery.
The Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) Roles and responsibilities
- PED Management & ISR Data Oversight Interfacing with Sensor Operators and analysts.
- Lead and coordinate the full Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).
- Ensure timely, accurate transformation of ISR sensor data into actionable intelligence.
- Monitor data feeds and mission outputs to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
- Conduct quality checks on ISR-derived products prior to client dissemination.
- Mission Coordination, Real-Time Communications and Client & Stakeholder Liaison.
- Maintain real-time communication with deployed personnel, relaying re-tasking.
- Participate in pre-mission briefings to ensure clarity on tasking, objectives, and reporting.
- Serve as the operational voice of the client ensuring responsiveness and mission flexibility.
- Deliver timely post-mission summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare mission-specific reports, key intelligence insights and Serve as primary client P.O.C.
- Document, track, and escalate client feedback to operational teams.
- Maintain and update client-facing SOPs, operational documentation and reporting templates.
- Participate in after-action reviews and lessons-learned processes.
- Represent company interests professionally in all client interactions, managing expectations.
- Report any breaches, complaints, or discrepancies via correct internal/external channels.
The Liaison Officers (LO-ISR) Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Strong operational understanding of ISR mission structures, PED workflows, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in high-tempo, client-facing operational environments.
- Good communication skills, including operational decision-making and coordination.
- Familiarity with ISR systems, data-handling protocols, and intelligence product formats.
- Proven ability to manage complex information flows and maintain situational awareness.
- Experience working remotely with distributed or multinational operational teams.
- Frequent travel on a Rotational Basis will be required to cover Onsite Duties.

Project Manager - Advanced Metering Infrastructure

Overview:
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager that has had a previous track record on advanced metering infrastructure, this is an exciting role that will ead the end-to-end delivery of the organisation’s AMI 2.0 implementation, acting as the client-side owner for scope, schedule, governance, and deployment coordination across all phases: design, implementation, testing, pilot, rollout, and stabilisation.
This role is accountable for orchestrating cross-functional delivery across Metering, IT, Finance, Customer Care, Service Delivery, and external suppliers, ensuring that the AMI solution is implemented safely, compliantly, and predictably in line with operational, regulatory, and customer obligations.
The position exists to translate vendor delivery models, technical designs, testing regimes, and field deployment activities into outcomes that are fully operable by the utility. It provides clear ownership for decision-making, risk management, and change control on the client side, including managing impacts and dependencies arising from other Smart Upgrade initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day project cost control and forecasting across AMI implementation phases
- Manages client-side delivery budgets associated with AMI rollout (people, logistics, training, deployment support)
- Supports CapEx and OpEx planning and benefits realisation tracking
- Ensures rigorous change control to protect cost, scope, and schedule
- Lead client-side AMI 2.0 delivery in line with the agreed implementation model, phase gates, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective sequencing, resourcing, governance, and delivery of design, build, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Own and manage the master project schedule, dependencies, and critical path across all delivery phases, including dual HES operational periods.
- Identify and manage delivery risks (technical, operational, safety, customer, reputational), implement mitigations, and operate formal change control processes.
- Involved in testing and Ensure fulfilment of client-side responsibilities across FAT, SIT, UAT, and SAT, including preparation, resourcing, evidence review, and formal acceptance decisions.
- Oversee installation sequencing, installer capacity, logistics readiness, and site access planning in collaboration with Service Delivery and contractors.
- Act as the primary coordination point between internal stakeholders and the AMI supplier project team, ensuring clarity of expectations, decisions, and escalation routes.
- Ensure operational processes, documentation, training, and support models are in place for a controlled transition into steady-state operations.
- Embed health, safety, and environmental requirements into all project and field activities, treating safety as the primary delivery constraint.
Experience, knowledge, and qualifications:
Essential Experience:
- Proven delivery of complex, multi-year infrastructure or systems projects
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or safety-critical environments
- Strong working knowledge of project governance, risk management, and change control
- Experience managing vendors and suppliers under formal contractual arrangements
- Working knowledge of database-driven systems and integrations
Desirable Experience:
- Utility, energy, or infrastructure sector experience
- Large-scale system implementations with field deployment components

Qualifications:

- We are recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer to work for our clint on their Advanced Metering Infrastructure projects on the island of Jersey.
- This is a really exciting role that turn AMI system design into something that works safely, consistently, and at scale in the real world.
- As the AMI Project Engineer – Field Installation Specialist, you will act as the critical link between system designers, business processes, vendors, and the people installing and commissioning equipment in live customer environments.
- The role will be heavily involved in translating technical designs and vendor documentation into clear, practical installation standards and processes that field teams can rely on, while also being the trusted technical escalation point when reality doesn’t follow the plan.
- Your work ensures that AMI deployment is not just technically correct, but installable, repeatable, safe, and supportable, and that learning from the field continuously improves system configuration, training, and future rollout activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and maintain AMI installation standards, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions for: Single-phase, Three-phase, CT and VT metering installations.
- Create and maintain clear, field-ready installation and commissioning documentation aligned to business processes and AMI system workflows.
- Cover end-to-end activities including installation, replacement, commissioning, and acceptance.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex, non-standard, or high-risk field issue, and ensure issues are resolved safely, efficiently, and with lessons captured not just patched
- Continuous improvement feedback loop and Capture insights from pilot and rollout activity
- Feed learning back into system configuration, installation standards, training materials, and processes
- Support FAT, SIT, UAT, and SAT activities: Validate installation-related scenarios, acceptance criteria, and real-world operability
- Support the development and delivery of installer training, toolbox talks, and technical briefings
- Work closely with Installer Team Leaders to build confidence, capability, and consistency
- Ensure installation methods, tooling, and procedures meet internal safety standards and regulatory requirements and Identify unsafe practices early and drive corrective action
- Work closely with Metering Engineers, AMI Engineers, Systems Administrators, and project teams and ensure physical installation, system configuration, and operational processes remain aligned
Experience, knowledge, and qualifications:
- Strong background in electricity metering installation and commissioning
- Experience with both single-phase and three-phase installations
- Proven support to field teams operating in live customer environments
- Experience supporting large-scale rollout or replacement programmes
- Exposure to smart metering systems and commissioning processes
- Practical understanding of CT and VT metering arrangements
- Familiarity with utility AMI and/or MDM environments
Qualifications:
- Electrical engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant electrical authorisations (e.g. LV authorised)
- Full, clean driving licence

This role will see you manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects, from tender support through to final account settlement. You will play a key role in protecting commercial performance, managing contractual obligations, and maximising project value while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will be a vital part of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects from tender stage through to final account settlement

- Proven experience with:
- Interim applications and payment processes
- Contract variations and claims
- Final account negotiation
- Strong understanding of earned value analysis and monthly commercial reporting
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
- High level of organisation and time management, able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams
