What You Will Do:

We are looking for an experienced Buyer to provide additional support to an established procurement team within a busy engineering and manufacturing environment.
This is a hands on purchasing role where you will work alongside the existing Buyer, helping to manage day to day procurement activity and ensuring materials and components are available to support production.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, is confident dealing with suppliers and is comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
The role
You will support the existing Buyer with:
- Placing and managing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and queries
- Monitoring material availability and supporting production requirements
- Working closely with planning, production and quality teams
- Managing supplier relationships and following up on delivery performance
- Supporting the resolution of supplier quality and delivery issues
- Updating purchasing and supplier information
- Using ERP or MRP systems to monitor orders and stock

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous Buyer or Purchasing experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering

- Experience using an ERP or MRP system
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Telford. This role involves maintaining production equipment, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

Salary: £49,500
Shift: 3 Shifts Rotating (8 hours)
The Role
- Respond to mechanical breakdowns and complete repairs.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Fault-find and identify the root cause of equipment issues.
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Assist with spare parts management and maintenance records.
- Mentor apprentices or junior engineers where appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- HNC or NVQ Level 4 in an engineering discipline.
- Previous maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.

A CNC Machine Shop Lead is required to join an International Defence Systems company that designs, manufactures, and supports world leading Military Systems. The successful CNC Machine Shop Lead will ensure the shift operates at an optimum level of safety, efficiency, and effectiveness to meet customer and company expectations for product quality. This includes adherence o associated procedures, the development of fully capable and reliable processes, and the effective utilisation of equipment and a flexible, skilled workforce.
This CNC Machine Shop Lead opportunity is a full-time permanent position with a very good hourly rate plus a 50% uplift for the shift allowance.
The shift pattern will be a 3 Shift Rotating Pattern of Nights, Lates and Earlies

CNC Machine Shop Lead Responsibilities
- Ensure the team adheres to company rules, including safety standards.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to reinforce safe working practices.
- Brief toolbox talks and safety work instructions as advised by the EHS Lead.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments as necessary to ensure a safe environment.
- Report accidents and near misses in accordance with the accident reporting procedure.
- Lead the shift to achieve production targets and conduct start-of-shift meetings.
- Manage and hold Team Leaders accountable for labour distribution and output.
- Oversee labour allocation and training needs; make recommendations to the Manager.

- Demonstrable ability to set/run the majority of machine tools within defined processes.

We are looking for up to 5 Paint Process Engineers to join a world leading automotive business in Woking (Surrey), the working hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and the role comes with an annual salary ranging between £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE).
Due to the nature of the business we are specifically looking for people from an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Automotive background.
The company can offer a relocation package up to £5,000 should you be prepared to relocate to Surrey, however please be advised that SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE.
This will be a 2 stage interview process, the first stage being a teams call, before inviting you in on site for a formal 2nd interview and factory tour.
What You Will Do:
- Define vehicle assembly concepts for new model introductions and support the transition from virtual planning through physical validation to delivery.
- Create and maintain process sequencing, product traceability methodologies, and key manufacturing deliverables that support consistent outcomes across the site.
- Drive PFMEA-related work to strengthen risk thinking, standardise improvements, and support robust production readiness.
- Own and maintain Hours per Car (HPC) data for new model introductions, ensuring plant efficiency and output targets are met.
- Work with Engineering and Operations teams to identify production bottlenecks, improve flow, and support line balancing decisions.
- Contribute to facility layout and utilisation by collaborating on new or amended layouts and material flow design.
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Experience from within the Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Automotive sector.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong data analysis skills, and advanced Excel capability
