What You Will Do:

● Be the go-to contact for queries from dealers and internal teams across assigned European markets, using English and French (and Italian or Spanish as a bonus).
● Support multi-market wholesale activities by taking ownership of key admin processes and ensuring accurate day-to-day operations.
● Manage financial control tasks including debt control, daily collections, and clearing or reconciling payments on in-house systems, including suspense item resolution.
● Process settlements, clearances, exposures, and handle ad hoc rewrites to support dealer financial needs.
● Collaborate across teams within the Manchester Business Centre environment, providing expert support across Wholesale and related operations whenever required.
● Contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, quality checks, and participation in projects linked to new system launches and service enhancements.

What You Will Bring:

● Excellent verbal and written business-level communication in English and French, with confidence using phone, email, and messaging daily. Skills in one of the other required Business languages is a plus (Italian or Spanish).
● A proactive, positive approach to customer and dealer service, including clear ownership of queries and appropriate escalation when needed.
● Strong attention to detail, reliability under deadlines, and a habit of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
● A willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge through on-the-job training and structured onboarding.
● Effective collaboration skills and resilience in a changing, multi-market environment.

This Administrator plays a key role in supporting the operational performance of dealer finance services spanning the UK, Ireland, France, Italy, and Spain, helping ensure accurate processing, timely responses, and an excellent service experience. Location:

Hybrid working involving 3 days per week on site in Manchester (after completing initial training, which will be fully on site).

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with woodworking equipment, band saws, nail guns, or CNC wood routing machinery would be advantageous

Layout Integration BIM Lead Engineer - 37495797 - £28.54/hr (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35)

Location: Whitley, Coventry

Position Description

The role is for the Design Integration, Layout Integration BIM Lead Engineer for Global Manufacturing Engineering, responsible for rolling out and leading Layout Integration and BIM methodology from concept to the delivery phase to JOB1 + 90 days.

Key Performance Indicators 

  • Efficiency: Model coordination reviews completed to programme schedule.
  • Timing: L1-L5 reviews completed to gateway timing.
  • Delivery: BIM deliverables issued in accordance with programme requirements. Digital asset information maintained within CDE requirements
  • People: Pulse and attendance targets achieved. Continuous professional development and digital capability objectives achieved.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

The Design Integration, Layout System Integration Engineer is responsible for supporting the delivery of BIM-enabled facility integration activities from concept through to project completion (JOB1 + 90), ensuring compliance with defined standards, processes, and digital engineering methodologies across GME programmes. They will also be responsible for aspects of BIM development through time.

  • Experience of federated model coordination, design review and clash detection processes.
  • Support implementation of Common Data Environment (CDE), digital asset management and digital twin information management processes within projects.
  • Support the application of BIM methodology and Layout System Integration processes across GME projects
  • Apply BIM standards within Facilities design and delivery activities
  • Support integration activities across programme delivery, construction, and digital estates functions
  • Support L1-L5 Layout System Integration reviews and buy-off activities
  • Deliver project outputs in line with programme timing and gateway requirements
  • Participate in cross-functional design reviews to support integration readiness and design assurance
  • Utilise approved Layout Integration Standard tool sets to develop and coordinate facility layouts
  • Follow established digital work flows and interoperability requirements across project teams
  • Develop and maintain 4D simulation models and digital rehearsals to support installation planning, logistics reviews, stakeholder engagement, and programme delivery activities
  • Undertake reality capture and Scan-to-BIM activities including LiDAR scanning, point cloud processing, model validation using Navisworks, Revit and Verity
  • As-built verification and digital record updates
  • Contribute to lessons learned activities and continuous improvement of standards and processes
  • Develop competence in: BIM work flows, Digital engineering tools, Layout System Integration methodologies

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience of production process flow analysis and problem solving within complex technical environments.
  • Understanding of BIM methodologies, model information requirements, Common Data Environment (CDE) principles and digital engineering work flows.
  • Experience of digital document, asset management and revision-controlled environments.
  • Experience supporting the deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of emerging digital engineering technologies, BIM methodologies and innovative ways of working to improve project delivery, engineering efficiency, data quality and digital capability across GME programmes.

• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and environmental compliance, including experience producing clear reports following investigations.
• IOSH Managing Safely (minimum) with a confident, practical approach to influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrable experience supporting production operations, including risk assessment, method statement review, and working with permits and safe systems of work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coach managers and supervisors in effective HSE practices.
