We are looking for 8 Technical Operators to join an FMCG manufacturing business in Ellesmere Port. and these positions are all permanent positions from day 1, the starting salary is just over £34,500 per annum and the salary is being reviewed internally.

You will be required to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12-hour days and nights shifts) and the working hours are 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am (2 days and 2 nights as part of your 4).

The on boarding process would involve you completing an on-line SHL assessment, as well as being invited to the factory for an on site interview and a full factory tour.

These roles would be a great fit for someone who has previously worked as a Manufacturing Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Machine Setter Operator, Process Operator, Skilled Machine Operator, Machine Setter or Skilled Machinist within an FMCG manufacturing environment.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Operate and monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient running, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Conduct line checks to maintain high-quality product standards and ensure specifications are adhered to.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments and fault finding to minimise downtime.
  • Follow clean-down procedures and adhere to GMP standards during downtime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records as directed by supervisors.
  • Promote and uphold health and safety standards, ensuring equipment checks and housekeeping standards are maintained.

We are seeking 2 Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business in Ellesmere Port, the hiring manager is looking for someone who is Electrically biased and either holds their 18th Edition, or a minimum of a Level 3 Engineering qualification (preferably a HNC or equivalent) in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

The hiring manager is predominantly looking for someone who has come from an FMCG manufacturing environment (Food Manufacturing, Packaging, Print, Pharmaceutical or Plastics), however, they may still consider people from other industries providing you have the relevant experience within Electrical Maintenance Engineering.

This job will be working 4 on 4 off shifts (2 days and 2 nights as part of your 4 on), and the annual salary for this role is paying up to £58,000 per annum (DOE), with overtime opportunities also available.

We are looking for someone who can fault find competently on PLCs and has both Electrical & Mechanical capabilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.

SERVICE ENGINEER REQUIRED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!

Are you a Mechanically Biased Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Service Engineer seeking a new job out on the road predominantly covering the South of the UK?!

The hiring manager is happy for this person to go straight from home to a job, so although the manufacturing site is based in Telford, there won't be a need for you to travel to Telford before you go out and see customers.

We are actively seeking a Service Engineer to join a well-established engineering business based in Telford, Shropshire, the standard working hours for this job are day shifts Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), the basic salary will be up to £40,000 (DOE), with overtime opportunities available and paid at T1/2 for anything worked over 37.5 hours in the week and on a Saturday, and double time on a Sunday. Should a Bank Holiday be required you will also receive double pay for working this day + a day back in lieu.

Although the hiring manager is looking for someone who is predominantly Mechanically biased (90% Mechanical), they would like someone who has got some Electrical experience.

We are looking for someone who holds a certificate/qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or similar), and whilst the preference would be to find someone who hs previous experience within the recycling industry, they are happy looking at candidates who have a background in a Heavy Engineering environment that has previously worked on Heavy Machinery or Heavy Equipment.

A company van, laptop and phone will be provided.
