What You Will Do:

Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Projects Engineer to work for our client’s service team, this is an exciting role to strengthen our clients after-sales and spares capability. This is a varied and commercially focused role working across service projects, spares, and performance improvement, supporting customers across a wide range of industrial sectors.
The Role:
- You will manage and coordinate after-sales service projects and spares-related activities, from initial enquiry and quotation through to execution, completion, and financial close-out.
- This position sits at the centre of service delivery, working closely with engineering, field service, spares, procurement, and management teams, with a strong focus on commercial control, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Occasional support to field service coordination may be required, but this is not a scheduling role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appraise and coordinate after-sales service project and spares enquiries
- Prepare and progress quotations and proposals
- Coordinate service projects from order through to completion and invoicing
- Support development of new spares and after-sales offerings
- Monitor and report on service and spares KPIs and performance
- Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant engineering qualification, apprenticeship background, or strong hands-on experience within an industrial or engineering environment
- Engineering graduates will also be considered
- Experience within industrial, plant, or process engineering environments
- Background in service delivery, after-sales, spares, or engineering project support
- Strong organisational skills with good commercial awareness
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with customers and internal teams
- Full UK driving licence
- Salesforce experience (or similar CRM/service management systems) would be advantageous
- NetSuite or ERP system experience would be an added benefit
- Desirable: Experience with steam systems, thermal equipment, combustion, or industrial services

UAT Analyst - 36799395 - £27.30 per hour umbrella rate
Working with the Test Manager, you will work within one of the site-based testing teams, supporting User Acceptance Testing and Production Acceptance Testing of deliveries impacting manufacturing execution, quality and reporting systems.
You will be required to co-ordinate activities within test phases, ensuring all agreed business requirements are successfully delivered, and that appropriate governance and compliance is met.
This will include the following activities:
- Facilitating governance readiness sessions to assess suitability to enter each test phase.
- Creating and executing appropriate manual UAT and PAT test scenarios and scripts
- Using the test management tooling (primarily HP ALM, but some Jira instances may be involved) to capture and evidence the UAT / PAT results.
- Recording and tracking defects to resolution through a standard process
- Engaging with stakeholders to support testing and report out on status.
- Input to, or creation of, Test Completion Reports
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Extensive experience in a similar Test Analyst role, including experience of the above activities in UAT
- Working with different stakeholder groups, some of whom may not be too familiar with testing processes, value and benefits
- Strong analytical skills e.g. statistical analysis and data flow testing
- Waterfall or Agile delivery methodology

We're looking for a commercially astute Project Buyer to play a key role in delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and right first time. You'll sit at the heart of the project team, owning procurement strategy, supplier performance, and contract delivery across the full lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
- Lead procurement activity across designated projects, aligning cost, quality, and delivery.
- Partner with Engineering and Project teams to agree specifications, manage long-lead items, and reduce supply risk.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor contracts end to end, including expediting, variation control, and performance reviews.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving and value-adding initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
- Proactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Support Make vs Buy analysis and contribute to tender activity and early supplier engagement.
- Build strong, ethical supplier relationships that drive continuous improvement.

What you'll bring
- Experience in a purchasing or project procurement role, ideally in a project-based environment.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, contract management, and supplier performance.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience delivering commercial value.
- Familiarity with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts (desirable).
- Knowledge of materials and supply chains within Energy or Construction environments (ideal, not essential).
- Degree qualified and working towards MCIPS, or MCIPS qualified.
