Our client is a specialist manufacturer of products for a wide range of applications and they are seeking an ERP & Operations Team Lead to join their existing team. As a ERP & Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, coaching & developing the production team lead and managing the ERP sytem. 

ERP & Operations Team Lead Responsibilities:

-          Lead, plan and coordinate daily production activities

-          Managing production orders, staffing resources and operation priorities

-          Coach and develop the Production Team

-          Work closely with the management team

-          Manage the ERP system and all related IT systems

ERP & Operations Team Lead Requirements:

-          Experienced working in a team leader position

-          Experienced in managing an ERP or MRP system

-          Experience working within a production environment would be advantagous

-          Must be a team player
