Shift Pattern- 4 on 4 off days & nights
What You Will Do:
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free working area and follow risk-assessed procedures every shift.
- Support quality standards by following work instructions, escalating issues early, and helping achieve "right first time".
- Keep high hygiene levels by following clean-as-you-go practices and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Complete tasks requested by the Area Owner or Shift Leader, including preparation of areas on the line and break relief cover.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting out-of-spec root cause analysis and suggesting practical enhancements to improve safety, quality, performance and reduce waste.
- Record information accurately and communicate clearly during shift changeover to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Will Bring:
- Confidence in following instructions and working to required standards in a production environment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to step up when covering sickness or holiday.
- Basic understanding of statistical process control measures, plus the ability to interpret relevant work instructions and specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English to read, listen and write clearly for records and shift updates.
- Practical dexterity for routine machine care, autonomous maintenance and safely operating automated machinery, including manual handling up to 25kg directly (and up to 100kg indirectly with aids).
