Our client is a speciality manufacturer of technical machinery & equipment, and they are seeking an Inspection & Refurbs Technician to join their existing team. As an Inspection & Refurbs Technician, you will inspect and rectify technical issues by using bench hand tools on products.

Inspection & Refurbs Technician Responsibilities:

-          Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections on new and pre-owned machinery prior to release

-          Testing products including hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems

-          Check wiring harnesses, electrical components and hydraulic components

-          Identify and rectify any faults during the Pre-Delivery Inspections

-          Recording defects and completed rectification work accurately

-          Refurbishing pre-owned machinery from time to time

Inspection & Refurbs Technician Requirements:

-          Previous hands-on mechanical technician, fitter or machinery maintenance experience essential

-          Strong mechanical aptitude with confident fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills

-          Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and build information

-          Confidence operating and testing machinery and assessing whether it is functioning correctly

-          Must be a team player

This Inspection & Refurbs Technician position is based in Evesham and is commutable from Pershore, Worcester, Bidford-on-Avon, Tewkesbury and Alcester.
