What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain production schedules that match delivery requirements and operational capacity for this company's manufacturing output.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain Coordinator to communicate transport booking requirements and dispatch priorities.
- Monitor production progress, adjust plans when needed, and keep deadlines firmly in focus.
- Coordinate preparation and distribution of key documentation, including job sheets and works orders.
- Lead production visibility by maintaining and updating the Production Tracker, sharing performance updates with the Supply Chain Manager.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to resolve stock discrepancies and support stock-take activity.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in production planning or coordination within a manufacturing or production environment, ideally using an ERP system.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and a careful eye for detail.
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and supporting improvements that strengthen operational compliance and efficiency.
