As a Design Project Manager you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage design project activity for multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery stays on track.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and relevant partners to gather requirements, confirm priorities, and remove blockers.
• Support day-to-day governance of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to maintain smooth progress.
• Track status, risks, and actions, escalating issues early to protect quality and delivery outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication channels, providing concise updates that keep teams aligned and informed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in ways of working, helping strengthen consistency across design projects.

The Design Project Manager have:  

• Demonstrable experience in project coordination, project management, or programme support within an automotive design-focused / studio environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly across different groups.
• The ability to organise tasks, manage competing priorities, and keep delivery moving without losing attention to detail.
• Practical knowledge of tracking plans, milestones, and risks, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative working style and a genuine interest in the automotive sector and design delivery.
