What You Will Do as Senior CAE Engineer:

• Develop mechanical design schemes and detailed designs of motorcycle chassis parts and assemblies.
• Carry out the structural analysis of composite chassis components
• Carrying out concept development for mechanical systems.
• Using hand calculations and CAE tools to analyse and optimise chassis components
• Liaise confidently with internal teams across Design & Engineering plus external suppliers where required
• Mentor engineers within the team and represent Motorcycle Development Engineering  in interdepartmental meetings when needed

What You Will Bring as Senior CAE Engineer:

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent, along with proven experience in CAE Structural Analysis

• Experience within Structural Design of composite materials

• Proficient in carrying out engineering calculations to support analysis work
• Industry knowledge using CAE software, Creo Simulate would be beneficial
• Excellent problem solver, clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to achieve project technical targets within required timescales
