This company is searching for an experienced and motivated EO Master Scheduler to join their dynamic team. What You Will Do:

- Lead departmental activities specific to the EO Master Scheduler role, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clear communication plans.

- Create and deliver EO Master Schedules for all projects during the Pre-KO phase, using the latest project timing plans.

- Establish and run Pre-KO Engineering Operations Sync sessions to maintain alignment across teams.

- Analyse project timing constraints and update EO Master Schedules as needed, ensuring they align with vehicle and unit timing plans.

- Prepare concise reporting decks to summarise project statuses for Engineering Operations Architecture reviews.

- Support the team with major plan updates and manage the EO critical path template to drive continuous improvement.

 

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex plans.

- A strong understanding of automotive project delivery from concept to final testing.

- Expertise in using planning software tools and creating detailed, interconnected schedules.

- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to summarise complex information succinctly.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

As an EO Master Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring this company's engineering operations run seamlessly. By creating and maintaining master schedules, you will directly contribute to the successful delivery of cutting-edge automotive projects. Your ability to navigate complex data, align cross-functional teams, and maintain a focus on continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence.
